Opening a bank account or performing certain operation require people to go to a branch. This consumes time and can be a challenge for people who can’t reach a branch physically.

Goals
Reaserch goal was to understand how people operate their bank accounts and which processes could be improved.
Findings
Research revealed the following pain points among the users.
Physical access
People with limited mobility or who live far from branches find it difficult to go do procedures in person.
Time
Processes require much time
Complex processes
Some people find difficulties when completing procedures in digital channels.
Personas
Personas y User Journeys were created to represent the user diversity and how an experience would be good for them.
